Role Overview
ORBS is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Corporate & Advisory team. This role is suited to a disciplined and detail-oriented professional with experience in corporate compliance and governance, who is comfortable operating in a multi-client advisory environment.
The Corporate Associate will support clients with ongoing statutory compliance, corporate governance requirements, and regulatory engagement, while working closely with Senior Associates on broader advisory assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and monitoring of corporate compliance and governance frameworks for clients
Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory filings in accordance with applicable laws and deadlines
Draft and maintain corporate documentation including policies, board resolutions, and meeting minutes
Maintain statutory registers and accurate corporate records
Liaise with government agencies and regulatory authorities on behalf of clients
Respond to client queries on compliance, governance, and corporate administration matters
Conduct regulatory and compliance research to support advisory engagements
Provide structured support to Senior Associates across client assignments

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Law
- 2–5 years’ experience in corporate compliance, company secretarial, or advisory roles
Nice to have
- Ziale Practising License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client engagements
